Phil met me at my local gym, and we talked about my targets. He then set an exercise plan and some sensible dietary advice. Eleven weeks later and I have lost over 3 stones, my body fat has dropped below 40% and my blood pressure and resting heart rate are at a healthy level. I have much more energy. After reaching 40 years old I realised that to keep the middle age spread at bay I would have to exercise more along with a controlled diet. So I gave Phil a ring and decided to join one of his classes at the local community centre. The class was called “Box and Bells” which was one hour of high intensity circuit training, sparring, and Kettle bell exercise techniques. I was hooked from day one. Phil is a great motivator and is also able to run a class at full potential no matter what levels of fitness the clients are. I would highly recommend any of his group fitness sessions especially to people like myself whom previously frowned a little at the thought of any kind of physical exercise.
